A total of 62 people lost their lives, including 55 passengers and seven crew, when the plane crashed during an aborted landing.
"In memory of the passengers and crew members who so tragically lost their lives on flight FZ981, one year ago, flydubai joined memorials being held in both Rostov-on-Don and Dubai today," the statement said.
"At the memorials family members, friends and colleagues gathered together in remembrance of those who lost their lives."
